DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits

A deposit of 30%  is required to secure all bookings at Luke Gregory Hair. You will be sent a secure link at the time of booking to pay this deposit - it must be paid at maximum 72 hours prior to your appointment - Failure to pay will result in yur appointment being cancelled .
This deposit is fully credited to your appointment total on the day of your service.

Deposits are used to secure your reservation and help us manage our schedule with fairness and clarity.
They are non-refundable, but may be transferable depending on notice given (see below).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for:

✔ At least 48 hours' notice

This allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest on our waitlist.

  • More than 48 hours' notice:
    Your deposit will transfer to your new booking.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice:
    Your deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.

  • No-shows:
    The deposit will be forfeited in full, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

 

Running Late

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to accommodate you; however:

  • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require your appointment to be adjusted
    or rescheduled, depending on the service booked and our schedule.

 

Booking Confirmations

All appointments must be confirmed via our automated confirmation system. Please ensure all contact details are up to date 
Unconfirmed appointments may be released to clients on our waitlist.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.If we haven’t achieved the agreed result during your appointment, we are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to your colour, cut or style.Important notes:Your stylist will always discuss expectations with you during consultation.Some colour goals require multiple sessions for hair health.If a stylist advises that a specific result is not achievable, an agreed alternative will be offered.Redo requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe.We kindly ask that you provide us the opportunity to adjust your service before requesting a refund.If for any reason we cannot correct the issue, we will happily discuss an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

 

4. Goods – Returns & Refunds Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a retail product:is faultyis significantly different from the descriptiondoes not do what it is meant to dois unsafewas not fit for the purpose you told us aboutPlease retain your proof of purchase.Change of mind:We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, but we will always try to help where possible.
