This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Luke Gregory Pty Ltd trading as Luke Gregory Hair via the website located at www.lukegregoryhair.com. or over the phone or via social media messaging.

What information do we collect? The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include: Name, Phone Number, Email address.

How we collect your personal information. We may collect personal information from you whenever you input such information into the website or via social media messaging or over the phone. We also collect cookies from your computer which enable us to tell when you use the website and also to help customise your website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from our use of cookies.

Purpose of collection
The purpose for which we collect personal information is to provide you with the best
service experience possible on the website.
We customarily disclose personal information only to our service providers who assist us in
operating the website. Your personal information may also be exposed from time to time to
maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.
By using our website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. We will only
use your personal information for this purpose if we have collected such information direct
from you, and if it is material of a type which you would reasonably expect to receive from
use. We do not use sensitive personal information in direct marketing activity. Our direct marketing material will include a simple means by which you can request not to receive further communications of this nature.

If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Overseas transfer Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.

Refund and Returns Policy 

SERVICES : If for some reason we haven't quite got the colour, cut or any other service to what your expectation is, we would like to be given the opportunity to rectify this. Please understand that during your consultation with your stylist all expectations will be considered and discussed and if your stylist has informed you that it may take several visits to achieve a particular colour / style or that something isn't actually possible to achieve and an alternate idea has been discussed and come to an agreement with you. This will be taken into consideration if you feel that you need us to tweak or redo something for you. Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can discuss this with you.

We are always happy to refund if we haven’t been able to correct the problem for any reason. However, we need to be given this opportunity first. 

GOODS: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

   • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

   • is significantly different from the sample or description

   • doesn’t do what we said it would, 

  • The product is faulty.

  • The product is not fit for the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you.

Deposits 

Luke Gregory Hair

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

 

As of 07/09/2022 Luke Gregory Hair will be taking deposits for all colour work and large services.

Your deposit will be taken off the service price at point of sale on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or less prior to appointment starting time.

This is not negotiable and will be in practice from now on. Deposits can be paid over the phone or in person at the salon.

 

Deposits are reflective of the following unless your stylist deems otherwise:

Standard Colour Work - $50.00

Complex Colour Work - $100.00

Keratin Smoothing - $100.00

Extensions – between $250.00 - $900.00 Depending on service *

 

*Extension Deposits are non refundable once hair has been ordered

 

Please Note: If you are cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we do offer to carry over your deposit to the new appointment time to secure the spot.
